This is the quintessential geek outfit! Like four patterns in one, this item includes pattern pieces for no less than: a jacket (or blazer), a collared button-up shirt, a pair of trousers, and a bowtie! See below for more information.

Who wears a bowtie anymore? Pee Wee Herman, for one. Doctor Who, too. And using this pattern, you could make costumes for either one! Consider using seersucker, for an old timey look, or rich black material for a classic James Bond style dinner jacket. There really are lots of costume looks that call for a two- or three-piece suit! But you can also mix and match elements of this outfit with other outfits for still more fun combinations. So don't be afraid to play around.
This sewing pattern is designed to fit Build-A-Bear plush toys approximately 16-inches tall, and should easily fit Duffy the Disney Bear, ShellieMay, and other pot-belly plush toys — perhaps with minor adjustments. Jacket, shirt, trousers, and bowtie should be assembled separately, and the individual pattern pieces are labeled accordingly, like so:
